Soft Circuit Stuffed toys
In this one day workshop we will design and hand-sew our own stuffed toys. Then we will turn things up a notch by adding and electronic circuit using LEDs, conductive thread and a battery!
This is a great project to get kids excited about using electronics in ways that they might not normally expect! Hand sewing is a very gratifying process and a fantastic skill which you can improve on with each new project.
All levels of sewers are welcome! We will give more challenging design options to students who already have a fair bit of sewing experience.
