Adult Weaving Workshops: Grapevine Hanging Basket

Location: Kwartzlab Makerspace, 2nd floor, 145 Bedford Road, Kitchener
Workshop fee: $65 plus HST (all materials included)
In this workshop we will be teaching the art of nature weaving to create a hanging basket from grapevine, willow and other natural materials. This class will introduce the technique for a random weave basket that can hold plants for displaying outdoors.
Participants will be asked to bring in a bowl to form their basket around and garden shears to use during this class.
This is a beginner friendly weaving project, no prior experience required.
Please note: masks are required at this workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are not able to offer refunds on workshop registrations, however your seat can be transferred to another person. Please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca to let us know of any last minute changes.
We require a minimum of 4 students per class. Workshops may be cancelled if our minimum registration has not been reached by one week before the workshop date. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
