Welcome to week forty-five of your Smash Book. Today, you will be creating beautiful leaf art with autumn leaves!

Step 1. Gather your materials. Take a walk outside and collect some leaves! Try and find ones in different shapes, sizes, and colours. You’ll also need a variety of papers (thin copy paper and thicker cardstock), crayons, watercolour paint, and piece of sponge, paint brush, India ink, a glue stick, and scissors.

Step 2. Reference our tutorial video on  leaf printmaking below.

Step 3. Take your favourite prints and paste them into your Smash Book using a glue stick. If you have extras, you can use them as fall cards to give to friends and family!
