Input the quantity of registrations you require, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You will see the cart icon appear in the top right hand corner of the page (you may need to scroll up to see it). Click on it to proceed to check out.
Extended Care can be purchased now, or anytime up to 48 hours before the date you need it.
If you would like to pay by EMT, please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca to arrange this. You will be given a special code to use at the checkout screen.
13% HST will be added onto your total at the final check out screen.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY:
Masks are no longer required, but are still encouraged as we will be working in close proximity with each other.
If your child is unwell, please keep them home to rest. You may transfer your registration to a Camp Credit which can be used for a future camp program or in our online store.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If you need to cancel your registration please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca as soon as possible.
Upon cancellation the following penalties will apply:
anytime after registration and up to 3 weeks before your session start date: a full refund minus a $25 + HST admin fee will be issued.
anytime after registration and less than 3 weeks before the session start date: a full refund minus $45 + HST admin fee will be issued.
Sorry, no refunds can be issued once camp has begun

If your desired camp is showing as “SOLD OUT” please use the form below to be added to our Waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, our entire waitlist will be notified by e-mail. Spots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
