Input the quantity of registrations you require, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You will see the cart icon appear in the top right hand corner of the page (you may need to scroll up to see it). Click on it to proceed to check out.
Our camp registration form has now been integrated with the checkout process.
Extended Care can be purchased now, or anytime up to 48 hours before the date you need it.
If you would like to pay by cheque, cash or EMT, please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca to arrange this before submitting your registration form. You will be given a special code to use at the checkout screen. Any forms submitted without completing the "checkout" process will not be held by our system.
13% HST will be added onto your total at the final check out screen.
Health & Safety Policy:
Please keep your child at home if they are experiencing symptoms of any illness. You are welcome to follow up with us about transferring your registration to a Camp Credit which can be used for a future camp program or in our online store.
If your child has recently made a full recovery from an illness but is still experiencing a chronic cough, we ask that you inform us on the first day of camp so that we can make note of it.
While mask wearing is no longer required, it is still encouraged and welcome if that is what feels best for your family. We are taking proactive steps to prevent illnesses from spreading at camp, which includes filtering our classroom air.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If you need to cancel your registration please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca as soon as possible.
Upon cancellation the following penalties will apply:
anytime after registration and up to 3 weeks before your session start date: a full refund minus a $25 + HST admin fee will be issued.
anytime after registration and less than 3 weeks before the session start date: a full refund minus $45 + HST admin fee will be issued.
Sorry, no refunds can be issued once camp has begun

If you require more than a single day, but less than a full week. Please add this item into your cart as many times as desired before completing your check out.
Mornings Only - $7 (AM Care for one day. Begins as early as 8:00 am, valid for ONE child)
Afternoons Only - $7 (PM Care for one day. Ends at 5:30 pm*, valid for ONE child)
Mornings and Afternoons - $14 (Both AM and PM care. Valid for ONE child)
Not sure if you'll need extra care? It can be purchased at anytime up to 48 hours before the date required.
LATE PICK UP POLICY:
If your child is not picked up by 5:30 pm, we will need to charge you an additional late fee of $10 for up to and including the first 15 minutes, and $10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
* If you know in advance that you will require care past 5:30 pm, please contact agnes@mindfulmakers.ca to make special case arrangements. Extra fees will apply for this service.
